Shipping

  • Each BJERSBORN garment is made to order in small quantities once your order has been placed. This allows us to minimise overproduction, reduce waste, and ensure every piece is crafted with the highest level of care.
  • Because of this production process, orders are delivered within 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

  • We ship to customers worldwide. Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped with all applicable duties and taxes included.

  • For orders shipped outside the European Union, any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid upon import where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

  • As many of our garments are made to order in small quantities, we encourage our customers to consider their purchase carefully before placing an order. This approach helps us reduce overproduction and create each piece with intention.

  • In accordance with applicable consumer laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned unworn, unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • You also have the option to exchange your item for another product of the same value or receive store credit. If you choose an item with a higher price, you simply pay the difference.

  • Please note that customised or made-to-measure garments are final sale. If a garment has been altered or produced according to your specific requirements, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or fault.

  • Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number. 
  • Sign in to your account and click “My Profile” for tracking and shipping status or simply follow the tracking number you received in the shipping confirmation email. 
  • Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before the courier updates the shipping information after you have received the shipping confirmation email from us.
