  • Shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location, but may take up to 7 days for certain destinations. You can view more precise delivery times when selecting your preferred shipping method at checkout.
  • We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to all countries within EU, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, South Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong.
  • Because we are a small company and most of our garments are made to order, we do not offer refunds on purchases.
  • You have the right to exchange any piece for another item of the same value, or for store credits.
  • If you choose a piece with a higher price, you simply pay the additional cost.
  • Customised garments are final sale. If we make any custom adjustments or modifications specifically for you, you do not have the right to exchange the piece or receive store credit unless there is a confirmed fault with the garment.
  • Exchanges are accepted as long as the item is unworn, in original condition, and returned within our stated exchange window.
  • For questions or assistance with exchanges, our customer support team is here to help.
  • Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number. 
  • Sign in to your account and click “My Profile” for tracking and shipping status or simply follow the tracking number you received in the shipping confirmation email. 
  • Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before the courier updates the shipping information after you have received the shipping confirmation email from us.
